Meet Gwen

At the age of 49 I was miserable. Battling weight gain and extreme fatigue I thought was due to aging and menopause along with some stressful life events. I found intermittent fasting and have never looked back. My days are hectic and stressful running an in-home daycare and caring for a loved one full time plus all the other stuff in life. IF gave back my energy to get through the day and I do not have those extreme highs and lows. My body composition has completely changed. I want to share with others what I know works be it for better health or weight loss.
